I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body.  Designed Fitness was created after 2020 when there was a noticeable change in gym attendance due to the pandemic at that time. People made their own home gyms. There were also a lot of people that felt their health was compromised being in public and confined themselves away from the public. So what better time to be a personal trainer and go directly to these individuals and train them in person or online? For the seniors and those who prefer at home or who truly cannot make it to the public gym, look, I am here for you and I make the trip to your location. If you're on business, from out of town or your family member needs in home exercise, you got me. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. Contact me today and let’s start the training together!

Personal Training

This is your time to start and get in the best shape of your life.  Today is the day. You can start with chair squats and push-ups on the wall and work up to your goal body of a better you, better health, better feeling. Age and circumstances of life do not have to stop you. I'm here for you, to encourage you and show you simple, effective exercises and eating habits to be a better you! This is a great place to give more information about the services you provide. I offer Personal Training and Pilates. I meet you where you are. For Personal Training, there will be a first-time consultation. Group Training and Pilates will begin when scheduled. 


Pilates offers amazing results for toning and sculpting. Expect to feel a difference after 10 sessions and see a difference after 20 sessions. Joseph Pilates recommends 30 sessions will be a whole new body for you!

Services

Individual Training

In-person training is more hands-on.  This is to guide and use tactical queues for the exercise movements so you learn how to perform the exercise properly on your own. I prefer 30-minute sessions of higher intensity with minimal rest periods in between sets. The initial consultation and assessment will guide the intensity of the workout session. 

Virtual Training

Group Training

Virtual training will be a live session with your trainer. Virtual allows you to perform sessions anywhere with flexible scheduling.  The trainer is still able to give tactical queues and guide you through the exercise movements. For Group Virtual Training, a minimum of three clients per session

Group training is offered in-person or virtually. Just think of a girls’ night out or get together involving an amazing, energized Pilates session followed by a dinner out or a cozy movie and dinner in! How fun is that? To have your own personal instructor come to you and give you an amazing workout! Group Training consists of a minimum of three clients per session

Additional .65 cents will be added per mile for distance to the client's location.
